I get good FPS in Link's Awakening on Vulkan and less 30 FPS in Breath of the Wild with the 60 fps mod. I have no idea what's wrong except for maybe my CPU is a bit too slow. Setup your game directory (where you have your ToTK rom) and make sure Yuzu recognizes the game. In all the games I've played in Yuzu so far I'm getting 1080p 60fps locked with a Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2060, doubt that's the minimum for 1080p@60 but can look around those specs to start off. Comparing Wii U version and Switch version is like comparing a console game with a PC game. Try using unsafe mode in the CPU settings, testing the performance tweaks, it will make the game run faster. As for the 60 FPS, have in mind that the 60 FPS DLC is the only way to go above the 30 FPS, you can download the DLC from Yuzu website.
