2002r is one of my all-time favourite sneakers and it has a suspension system better than most cars. Absolutely incredible daily beater. I am a big fan of both. I have always gone a half size down with the 998 compared to the 1500. 998 feel more cushy to me but all the models/pairs of both 1500 and 998 end up a little different. The V6 is too plush to be comfortable and stable in the long run, also people say that they are not comfy out of the box. They're great runners, I wear mine to the gym, but the exposed foam on the sole will get worn down really quickly.
